Excellent advice:
- Write down what you eat; this will help you see what is going into your body. Reading your notes, makes you make small adjustments. You will see the small morsels you are taking in.
- Weigh yourself every day at the same time and with the same clothes. You might not see major changes but if there is an upward trend then look at your notes and ask what is going on.
- Replace bad foods with good. The trick is to eat the same amount and not decrease the volume of food.
- An exercise routine that fits into the day’s activity with little interruption would be another great step. Walking is a fabulous activity.
- Small slow weight losses tend to stay off
- A personal coach who evaluate your notes and all your weigh scale numbers to help you through the tough times like during a big holiday when everybody is eating a lot, and you feel trapped.
